About MRZ

The Machine Readable Zone (MRZ) is the standardized block of characters printed at the bottom of passports, ID cards and visas, defined by the ICAO 9303 standard. This tool follows the open-source mrz library (github.com/Arg0s1080/mrz) and supports the TD1, TD2, TD3, MRV-A and MRV-B formats. Everything is computed locally in your browser.
